Depleted Slazenger dominated the first 20 minutes of this friendly but failed to turn possession into goals and ultimately paid the price. Slazenger Seconds were just edged out of a ding-dong derby with West Yorkshire rivals Bradford seconds 3-2. Bradford nosed ahead, but outstanding midfield play by Jonny White got the home side back on track and Jonathan Halliday converted a well-worked short corner to level before the break.
