Slaz started the new year with a good 4-1 victory away at York. The team were caught on the break; against the run of play, and were punished - going 1-0 down early on. A slow after Christmas start for the Slazenger’s fifth team saw a dismal first half with a competent Doncaster team who ran rings around both young and old players.
