Slazenger 2nds had to dig deep for the three points in their 3-2 win over Sheffield University Bankers. Things started brightly for Slazenger when Ben Graham converted a Jonny White cross to give them an early lead. Sheffield then began to settle and midway through the half they drew level. Report: 29-11-2003 – Mens 2nd’s (5) vs. (2) Huddersfield 2nd’s

Slazenger 2nd's stopped the rot after two defeats in the previous three weeks with a 5-2 Yorkshire League division 3 victory over Huddersfield 2nds. The game began at a frantic pace with Slazenger dominating all the play and it took only five minutes for Ben Graham to give them the lead following good work from Laurence Thornton and Tim Carr. Report: 22-11-2003 – Mens 2nd’s (1) vs. (4) York University 1st’s

Slazenger seconds' promotion hopes took a knock on Saturday following a hard fought 4-1 home defeat at the hands of York University.The game began at a frantic pace with both sides trying to settle in to their own rhythm. The visitors eventually settled and began to control the game with Slaz' keeper Tom Peniston making some strong saves before York finally opened the scoring. Report: 15-11-2003 – Mens 2nd’s (5) vs (3) Brigg 2nd’s

Slazenger 2nds travelled away to Brigg looking to bounce back after suffering their first defeat of the season the previous week at the hands of Lincoln. Slazenger started strongly and took a well-deserved lead with Tim Carr finishing off a well-worked move.
