Having been the reason to cancel the last 3 of the girls tournaments, the weather more than made up for itself adding to the enjoyment of what proved to be a very successful and enjoyable mornings hockey. Slazengers U16 girls had the perfect end to the last tournament of 2011. The weather certainly was the first challenge with the cold temperatures, horizontal rain & hail & a very blustery wind to boot. Slazenger (3) vs. (0) L.A. The U10 girls A team took part in the minis hockey tournament on Sunday morning and gave an excellent and enthusiastic performance. Despite being drawn in a group in which all the teams were from higher divisions in the Yorkshire Hockey YHL, the girls were able to up their game and compete as equals. Information on JAC Girls U15/16/17. JAC activity is set to begin for these age groups on: Sunday 20th Nov and Sun 11th Dec 2011 Both sessions will be at Leeds Grammar School with U15s being at 11.00 - 1pm and u16/17 being at 1-3pm.
