Slaz’s newly promoted side were missing a few team members against last seasons demoted side, and struggled to perform to the higher standard shown by Hull. The new look Slazenger's ladies 3rd team got their season off to a start with debuts from 4 players against Lincoln Roses 1st's. Slazenger Ladies 2nd's travelled away to Harrogate 4th's for their first game of the season, but unfortunately were overturned with a 2-1 loss.
