After a bitter defeat 2 weeks ago and the game cancelled due to the weather last week Slazenger men’s 2nd team were hoping to get back to winning ways with a home game against Lincoln Roses 3s.It was a close match with end-to-end hockey which saw slaz win 3-2. Slazengers mens first team travelled to Leeds hoping to make it four wins out of four but came away with nothing having gone down 2-1 to a well disciplined Leeds side. After a game slaz should have won last week they were hoping for a good result from a home match against Leeds 5s. This was not the case and slaz lost 3-0 to a strong, skilful team.
