Slazenger Thirds were well-beaten by Yorkshire League 6 hosts Bradford University Seconds, 5-1. Slazenger thirds took another giant stride up the Yorkshire League Division 6 with a narrow 2-1 victory away at local rivals Huddersfield thirds. Depleted Slazenger were ultimately beaten by a three-goal second-half blast from Stockton in division 2 of the Northern Counties League.
