Slazenger fifths were beaten 3-0 by Sheffield Hallam Sevenths but the score-line does not do justice to Slazenger who played some excellent hockey and looked in contention right up to the final 15 minutes. The star for Slazenger was captain Rob Stephens who put in a tireless performance in midfield.
