Slazengers Ladies 2nds travelled away to a much changed and stronger Sheffield University Bankers side this weekend and were unfortunate to come away with a 2-0 loss. Slazengers knew that this would be a tight game with Leeds in the top half of the table and with them being a very physical side. Halifax attacked from the start and forced the Slazengers midfield and defence to work hard at keeping them out of their defensive 25 yard line with goal keeper Lisa Chappell preventing and successful shots.
