A good first morning for the Slazenger Boys U16 A team. Results as follows: Slazenger 2 - 2 Doncaster A slow start against Doncaster meant that Slazenger's defence had to be sound. Slazenger Boys U12's started their 2012/13 campaign with 4 good performances in their first games together, a number of new faces have started this year and everyone who played could be proud of their achievements. Slazenger Juniors Selected for Yorkshire
On Sunday, 8 of the current Slazenger boys U14's squad competed in Durham at the Nothern Region County JAC tournament for West Yorkshire. 5 played for the U14 team, 3 for the U15 team; Aidan Hopkinson, Ralph Toon, Rowan Tejura, Matthew Stacey and Luke Gueli, Isaac Fisher, Matthew Feather and Robert Caan. A great last tournament for the U12 boys in Leeds this last Sunday 18th March. A larger than normal squad took to the last tournament with gusto. Slazenger (3) vs. (0) Huddersfield Dragons Playing Huddersfield Dragons first the boys had too much for them in all departments. Sunshine, Smiles, Sticks and Goals were the order of the day for the last tournament of the season with Slazengers fielding almost a full compliment of all thier U10 boys with just Will Fealy having to pull out due to illness at the last minute.
