Slazenger fifths continued to plunder their rich seam of form with a 4-2 win over Sheffield Eighths
Slazenger battled for a 2-1 half time lead, while dogged determination in midfield from man of the match Haydn Foster saw them through to victory in the second half.
Scorers were Foster, Gavin Kaye, Paul Whitham and debutant Mark Gibbs.

Slazenger fourths secured yet another comfortable victory on home ‘turf’, 11-1 over Huddersfield sevenths.
Jonathan Sykes scored a hat-trick before Huddersfield claimed a consolation score.
Further goals were added by Sykes, Jonathan Halliday, Ian Gordon, and Paul Wiper.
Man of the match was James Walker.

Slazenger thirds shared the spoils, 2-2 from an incident packed high-tempo game with Ben Rhydding 5th’s
Slazenger took the lead through a Mickey Turner flick shot, deflected in by Craig Lee.
Skipper Geoff Birkett restored Slazenger’s lead after Ben Rhydding had equalised, which they gained for the second time of asking as the final seconds ticked away.
Martin Lofthouse was Slazenger’s man of the match.

A superb performance by Captain and man of the match Jonny Walker steered Slazenger seconds to a brilliant 2-0 win over arch rivals Chapeltown seconds.
Andy Birkett benefited from Slazenger’s superiority with an early goal and fine creative play by Simon Taylor and James Swinden kept Slazenger in the ascendancy.
Alex Gilston wrapped things up with a second goal after the break.

Failure to turn a second half dominance into goals saw Slazenger drop their first Yorkshire League points of the season after a disappointing 1-1 draw at home to David Brown.
The visitors took an early lead through a dubious short corner.
The score kick started Slazenger into life and the second half was dominated by the Horbury men.
Flowing moves created numerous chances but only one was put away by Nick Webb off a slick short corner routine and the Horbury men had to settle for a draw.
Hutchinson, Taylor, Foreman and Hellam starred for Slazenger.
