Slazengers shrugged off a poor first-half to take the spoils against Hallam.
After a goalless and dour first-half, Slaz came out fighting and it wasn’t long before the stale-mate was broken courtesy of an outstanding goal from James Swindon.
Minutes later, Swindon teared through to bag his second, with Slaz’s defence managing to hold out Hallam at the other end, thanks mainly to the heroics of Bob Wood.
