Slazengers mens 2nd team continued their recent good form with a 2-0 victory away to league leaders Doncaster 4ths. Slazengers started the game well and were determined not to let Doncaster settle, putting pressure on the ball and not letting the Doncaster midfield time to get into the game. Slazengers 3's latest game was a home fixture against local rivals Garforth. In recent seasons these matches have been tough encounters against evenly matched sides. However, Garforth only had eight players and were up against it before the match had even started. Claire Dunstan scored a hat-trick as Slazengers 3rds beat Legiolians 4-0 in the Yorkshire League to continue their climb up the Division Five table. Dunstan netted the first three goals and Donna Wood completed the tally to leave Slazengers seventh after their third win in four matches.
