Slazenger seconds' promotion hopes took a knock on Saturday following a hard fought 4-1 home defeat at the hands of York University.The game began at a frantic pace with both sides trying to settle in to their own rhythm. Slazenger 2nds travelled away to Brigg looking to bounce back after suffering their first defeat of the season the previous week at the hands of Lincoln.
