Slazengers mens first team entertained Bradford mens first team on Saturday and despite a spirited second half performance, went down 3-1 to the top of the league. Slazengers started brightly and matched Bradford across the pitch fighting hard for possession and winning the 50-50's. Both teams struggled to create chances and it wasn't until a defensive lapse allowed Bradford in for the opening goal. Slazengers started brightly playing away against a youthful Bradford development side. All the team played with confidence and were looking to pass the ball early and making good use of the wings.
