Slazenger Ladies 2s faced top of the league Selby for their return fixture. Slazenger had previously lost to Selby 4-0 so the team knew that they were in for a tough match especially with half of their regular squad missing. Facing top of the league was always going to be a tough game. Slazengers started too slowly and Selby scored 2 goals fairly quickly. Slazengers battled well and no more goals came in the first half. With no subs to call on Slazengers continued to work hard but just couldn't find the back of the goal. Selby went on to score 2 more finishing the game 4-0 to Selby.
