Sunday saw Slazengers entertain local rivals Wakefield 3rd team with Slazengers putting in a strong performance to come away with a 5-1 win. Slazengers mens first team travelled to Bradford Mens first team in confident mood only to come away on the wrong end of a 5-2 scoreline. Slazengers started poorly and were quickly one down after Bradford capitalised on a Slazengers defensive error. Sunday saw Slazengers mens first team play their second game of the weekend against Leeds Adel Carnegie 3's. Slazengers dominated much of the possession in the first half only to see Adel take a lead off a quick break.
