Sunday saw Slazengers entertain local rivals Wakefield 3rd team with Slazengers putting in a strong performance to come away with a 5-1 win.
Slazengers started brightly and took the lead when Ben Graham finished off a good run from Dan Perry.
Wakefield rallied and drew level only for Dan Perry to restore Slazengers lead just before the break. Slazengers had the better of the second half with Richard Tuddenham converting 2 shorts corners and Graham grabbing his second, again following good work from Perry down the right.
Dan Perry took the man of the match award for Slazengers who entertain Rotherham in the final game of the season on Saturday.
