After a game slaz should have won last week they were hoping for a good result from a home match against Leeds 5s. This was not the case and slaz lost 3-0 to a strong, skilful team. The first half started well for both teams creating chances and resulting in end-to-end hockey. The good run of play for slaz ended with an injury and then a goal against them. After a great team performance last week slaz were looking to get another win with an away match at Leeds Adel Carnegie 5th. This however was not the case and slaz came away with a 1-1 draw. After only being able to grab a point at Lincoln Slazengers men’s 2nd team were hoping to get back to winning ways with a home match against Scunthorpe 1st team. Report: 22-01-2011 – Mens 2nd’s (1) vs (1) Lincoln 3rd’s
After a good home win last week Slazenger men’s 2nd team were looking to go to Lincoln and get a result but only managed a 1-1 draw.
