This was a top of the table clash where a win from this game could swing who wins the one promotion place. Slazenger Ladies 3rd’s hockey team continued their winning form with a 2-0 win over 3rd placed Colne Valley. This was a top of the table v bottom of the table clash, which Slazengers knew they had to take the 3 points from. The start was rather sluggish and Slazengers needed to wake up from there long journey to Driffield. Driffield had a few lucky breaks and put the pressure on, but Slazengers managed to score 3 goals by half time.
