Slazenger U10's Boys team mate an emphatic start to their campaign in the Yorkshire Hockey Association League by sweeping aside a trio of teams without conceeding a goal. Aidan Hopkinson was in top form as he bagged all 4 goals in their opening defeat of Bradford before going on to bad a hat trick in the 7-0 rout of Doncaster. Slazenger U10 girls had a successful tournament of the season in mixed weather conditions. The first team got off to a superb start with victories over Driffield and York before falling to a 2-1 defeat to Wakefield and drawing their final match 0-0 with Rotherham. Rebcca Jessop, Evie Spruce and Evie Johnstone grabbed the goals. Frustrated Slazenger U14s started the new year in dominant form in terms of possession but were disappointed with their three-match results.
