Slazenger 2nd's dissapointing run continued with their fourth defeat in five losing 6-2 away to Halifax. The Horbury team had to play the entire game with 10 men after suffeing a number of injuries the previous week. Despite the Arctic conditions, Slazenger ladies seconds secured a magnificent 7-0 win at Halifax in Yorkshire Ladies League division 6.
