Slazenger U12's were undefeated over the weekend beating Thirsk 4-6 in their first game, taking a 3-0 victory from their second with York A, sharing a goal less draw with Doncaster from game three and defeating York B 3-0 in the final game. SLAZENGER fourths produced a runaway 5-1 win over Doncaster sevenths to make it a Yorkshire League promotional "double" for the Horbury club. James Swinden (2), Phil Ventom, Paul wiper, and James Walker were the on-the-day scorers. Keith Hellam and Peter Fielding were deputising from the fifths and both were in excellent form.
