Slazengers ladies 3's made an impressive start to the season with their first game at home to a promising Sheffield Hallam side. Due to the summer reshuffle of the leagues, Slazengers were entertaining a side who finished last season 2 leagues above. Slazengers 12 Hour Charity Sportathon
65 years ago this year, Slazenger's Sports Club was opened. To celebrate the start of the season, we are running a "Sportathon"; a 12 hour hockey game, on Saturday 12th September with celebrations after, all raising money for Cancer Research. A lot of our Members have been affected one way or another by this terrible disease and this is our opportunity to help beat it, with an aim of raising £15,000.
