The second game of the weekend was a cup game against Bingley Bees second team.
With people stuck at work we ended up with a bare 11 players up against a 15 woman squad. Slazengers got stuck straight into the challenge and at half time it was 6-0. With fatigue setting in the second half was used to our advantage using the ball to do the work and giving our defence chance to shine.
The end result was 8-0 with a goal from Stacey Drake, a goal from Natasha Wiper, a goal from Donna Wood, a goal from Andrea Wallace and a storming 4 goals from Sue Hope. It will be unsurprising to hear man of the match went to Sue Hope who got the drinks in! Well played ladies.
