Slaz were keen to carry on from their previous weeks high spirits and set out to take 3 points from Huddersfield. Slaz moved the ball around well from the back to the front but struggled to get into the Huddersfield D due to strong defending.
Huddersfield tackled well and got slaz on the break to get a goal in the first half. Slaz continued to move the ball well but failed to create that edge to break Huddersfield. In the second half Dan Perry (man of match) scored a great solo run past 3 defenders and the keeper to put the ball in an open net.
Slaz defence and keeper also had a good game against a fast Huddersfield attack that created many chances, but were denied by hard work. Unfortunately, Huddersfield scored another in the second half.
Slaz pressed the Huddersfield D and created a few good chances but never looked like they could win it.
Next week Slaz hope to get 3 points before the Christmas break.
