Slaz had a few key players missing, but gelled very well together, playing better hockey than they have for weeks against a team 2 divisions higher in the semi-final of the cup.
It was close all the way through and there was never more than one goal in it.
Slaz never gave up and had great fluid play with the ball. Brigg were on the back foot much of the game even though they were ahead by a goal for half the game.
Although losing the slaz side all enjoyed their Sunday game, and look forward to next week.
