Horbury Slazenger U16s put seven past Ben Rhydding But team are on wrong end of seven from Doncaster
THERE were contrasting results from Slazenger U16s’ games against Ben Rhydding and Doncaster played at the weekend.
A superb display earned Slazenger a comprehensive 7-0 win over Ben Rhydding with Jack Kitchen completing a hat-trick and Tom Stoddart and Jessica Rudge netting two apiece.
But the result was reversed in the clash with Doncaster who scored seven in the second half.
Despite the defeat, Slazenger are still challenging at the top of the table.
