Slazenger men’s first XI went top of the Yorkshire League Division 1 table with two wins at the weekend.
On Saturday, the side overcame tricky conditions to defeat hosts Hull 2-0.
Mark Butel slotted home with a reverse stick strike from a tight angle to give Slazenger an early cushion.
Slazenger continued to pass the ball around well into the second half and were rewarded with a second goal through Marcus Taylor who roofed a short corner with a powerful flick.
