Slazenger’s penultimate league game provided basement club Driffield with a real drubbing by the Yorkshire League Division champions.
The side underlined its superiority with four goals in the first 35 minutes through Gilston, Webb, Butel and Taylor.
Driffield were again torn apart after the break. Further goals were added by Kaye (2), Butel, Taylor, Chamberlain and Buckley.
Slazenger entertain Normanby Park in their last league game of the season on Saturday, push-back 1:30pm.
