Slazengers 4ths played Halifax 4's on Saturday in a nail biting match. It started well for slaz with a goal from Steve Johnson giving them a 1-0 lead and providing them with the confidence they needed to make it to the end of the 1st half on top. Another unbeaten tournament and three more clean sheets for the Slazenger U16 boys. The day started late due to a frozen pitch with games reduced to 20 minutes instead of the scheduled 25 minutes. Yvonne Horner Shield Semi Finals An away game at Hull in the last thing you want at 3pm on a cold Sunday afternoon but Slazenger Ladies 2s showed their dedication to the cause and away we went on the bus of fun.
