Slazenger U10's Boys team mate an emphatic start to their campaign in the Yorkshire Hockey Association League by sweeping aside a trio of teams without conceeding a goal. Slazenger fielded a strong team for the third of six U10 boys tournaments at Huntington School, York. James Bennett opened the scoring in the first game with Chapeltown, Jenson Brook getting a touch and giving them a 2-0 victory. Slazenger U10 Boys A The team came away undefeated from the second Yorkshire Youth Hockey tournament of the season, held at Outwood Grange School on Sunday 22nd October. Sam Dransfield was dominant in his central Midfield role for all five of our games. Slazenger U10's performed creditably at the Huntington tournament in York, claiming a hat trick of wins. New look Slaz got the ball rolling with a 2-0 victory over York B, with James Bennett and Tom Logan on target.
