Junior U14 & U16’s End Of Season Arrangements
This is just a quick reminder about U14/U16 Monday night junior training: Training is on tonight. (24th April 2017) It will not be on next monday, due to it being Mayday bank holiday (1st May 2017). Mens 1st's Well the brief but tough run of form continues for Slaz Men’s one’s… After a bruising loss to Halifax at the start of March our next encounter against relegation battling Hull Uni should have been easier on the battered bodies of the firsts. Mens 1st's Mens 1st's lost 7-3 to Halifax 1st's Mens 2nd's Slaz 2nds travelled to top of the table Halifax 2's, for a tough encounter coming away on the end of a 2-5 loss. Mens 2nd's (7) vs. (2) Sheffield Uni Bankers 6th's Slazenger mens 2nd team entertained Sheffield Bankers on Saturday and made it 3 wins out of 3 with a solid 7-2 victory. Slazenger started brightly and put Sheffield under early pressure only to be thwarted by the Sheffield keeper and some poor finishing.
