Slazenger mens first team continued their winning start to the season with a well deserved 4-0 away victory at Brigg Mens seconds.
Slazengers controlled the game throughout and truth being told, should have won by a greater margin but for some poor finishing and excellent goalkeeping. Richard Tuddenham opened the scoring for Slazengers before Jack Kitchen doubled the lead with a top quality drag flick.
Kitchen then grabbed his second before half time deflecting in a Tuddenham strike. Slazenger continued to dominate possession in the second half and could have extended their lead on a number of occassions only for the final pass to go astray.
Slazengers eventually grabbed their fourth after an excellent run and finish from Dan Perry. Jack Kitchen took the man of the match award for Slazengers who entertain Chapeltown 2nds on Saturday.
