Too Good To Go (2G2G)
The Junior Committee have got the equipment recycling scheme up and running. Now that its a few weeks into the season, they are looking for any kit which is no longer needed, outgrown or replaced, but would be useful to another player. If you have any clothing/equipment, please contact Sarah Jane Ritchey at sarahjaneritchey@googlemail.com, or speak to a member of the committee. Equipment can be dropped off at any training sessions during the week.
A full catalogue of kit is avaliable online at this web address. Anyone interested in anything listed should also speak to Sarah, or a Junior committee member at the above address.
Goalkeeper Training!
For all those budding Goalies and anyone interested in taking up the fine art, the junior section is running a seperate training session the first Sunday of every month between 12 noon and 1pm. This training takes place after the regular junior training session.
The junior section are looking for players of any age, interested in trying out as keepers. Speak to a member of the committee for more information. Slazengers will provide the keepers kit, so don’t worry about not having the right gear!
The mens section are looking for another keeper – So if a player is interested, or you know someone who wants to get involved, speak to a mens team captain.
Committee Meetings
As you may know, the club is run by a committee made up of representatives from all sections. The monthly committee meetings are open to all of the club, whether you have an issue to raise, or just want to see what happens. The next meeting is onTuesday 1st November at 7.30pm in the clubhouse. All are welcome to attend.

Season Underway!
Its a month into the season, and there have been some great results across the board, though its the Mens 1’s who are sitting pretty at the top of the league with 3 wins from 3. The 3’s have also been playing some great hockey placing them mid table. The junior leagues have only just begun, with few matches played. However the Boys U10’s have already secured promotion in their first round!!
