Slazenger firsts drew 1-1 with third placed Sheffield Bankers.
Sheffield set off well with strong play in midfield, but Slaz’ giving as good as they got created the better chances with great linking play from Mark and James Swindon, Mike Thornicroft and Richard Hutchins.
Sheffield took the lead midway through the first half from a rare error at the back, but Slaz still pushed forward and got their reward two minutes from time with a short corner routine which saw a bullet pass into the back of the net from James Swindon.
