Ten-man Slazenger thirds worked their socks off to come back from behind three times and secure a 3-3 Yorkshire League 6 draw with hosts Brigg thirds.
It was a high tempo encounter but under-staffed Slazenger never faltered in their commitment.
Briggs slick passing paved the way for the opening goal but Slazenger hit back to level through Andy Birkett off a mazy run.
Again Brigg nosed ahead and again Slazenger hit on the counter offensive to level through Gavin Kaye.
Brigg went ahead for the third time and when Geoff Birketts flick was saved it looked all over for Slazenger. But Kaye popped up and deflected in a short corner off the ‘last throw of the dice .
Slazenger thirds are at home to Dinnington on Saturday, push back 12 noon.
