An Ian Wiper hat trick helped Slazenger fourths enjoy a 6-4 win at Ben Rhydding.
They enjoyed a perfect start with a brace of goals from Dave Smyth, although the hosts soon pulled one back.
Before the interval, further goals were added by Paul Whittam and Wiper to make it 4-1 to Slazenger, with man-of-the-match Wiper taking over in the second half with his two stikes coming from well-executred short corners – to head off a fight back from the hosts with yeildedthree goals.
Slazenger entertain Bradford University on Saturday
