Featured Video Technology:

Expect each of our coaches to be walking around with technology in hand – Intense Hockey uses video software to record and play back techniques in slow motion to easily pinpoint where there is improvement to be made.

We can then compare these actions to those of professionals (or indeed our coaches), such as the drag flick example below. Our coaches will use their years of experience to explain step by step gradual improvements until the techniques are correct.
