TRAINING
Sunday Training – Slazenger Hockey Club 10:30-12:00am (£2 per session)
Monday Training – Slazenger Hockey Club 20:00-21:00 (£2 per session)
What to bring? Suitable clothes depending on weather condition, shin guards, gum shield and the all important hockey stick (we have a supply for new players to borrow)
GOALKEEPERS
Mr Alan Bates, will be running specialist goalkeeping coaching on the first Sunday of each month 12 noon to 1pm for all junior goalkeepers.
PARENTS;
We are always happy to see parents down during training sessions and matches offering support. With a growing junior section we are always looking for volunteers to get involved, even joining our coaching team! We always gratefully accept any support, So why not come down and take a stick for a spin – you never know, you might like it!
KIT:
There is a full breakdown of team kit here. However, the basic kit is:
boys – team shirt (dark green), shorts (white), socks (green)
girls – team shirt (dark green), shorts/ skort: (navy blue), socks (white)
The full team kit can be bought from through the club, including emblazoned shorts and team hoodies. Team shirts can only be bought through the club, although as long as colours are similar, we appreciate parents may wish to purchase other pieces of kit from alternative suppliers.
