Aftermath

2011 was the first 7′s tournament to actually involve hockey for 3 years. After 2 years of snowed off games, the event went ahead, with great success. Here are a few highlights:

End of the Year Socialness…

As is the tradition at this time of the year, Slaz will be holding a mixed 7′s tournament open to all players in the senior section.

Matches are played during the day, with food and entertainment being provided in the Clubhouse afterwards.

Arrive for 12 noon. Mixed teams will be organised, and games will play until 4pm. Afterwards, retire to the clubhouse for some pie & peas, a drink and some pre-Christmas socialising

Its a chance to have a bit of fun, play some social hockey against people you wouldn’t normally meet on the pitch, and relax a bit before Christmas.

Tickets are only £5 and are avaliable from Mat, Hayley, or over the bar. IF you don’t have a ticket, just turn up and pay on the day!
